December 28th is Card Playing Day! Cards have always played an important part of my family and personal life. I had an old boyfriend enjoyed cards and gambling so whenever we went out for dinner we always brought a deck of cards and played for the check.

To this day, great finds at thrift stores has been one of my mother’s most impressive talents.
