February 28th International Pancake Day!

This day is on the calendar for my friend Sam. For whatever ails you, she’ll make room for you on her purple couch with a plate full of pancakes. Today, however I am venturing off of her couch in search of pancakes at my favorite breakfast spot of all time, Clinton Street Baking Co.

February 10th Turn Off Your TV Day!

There are so many other things to do beside sit in front of your idiot box (or hulu or netflix)! So invite friends over and cook together, read a book, plan a trip, or if you’re like me, draw something and listen to audio books!!

February is Return Shopping Carts to the Supermarket Month

Over 2 million shopping carts go missing each year. This info comes from the US Census Bureau who actually declared this holiday! We all have 2.3 kids and .8 shopping carts… so return the carts, keep the kids.
